This is the gist of it.
The first user posts an object or idea. The next user adds an object or idea to it, and tells the outcome. Then the next user adds an object or idea to THAT outcome, and so on and so forth, like so:

User 1: omlette
User 2: + orange juice = breakfast
User 3: + lunch = brunch

... you get the idea.
