The question was "do you speak x language" translated into x language, repeated several times, ending with "what languages do you speak?"

Probably an American Elitist that forgets a)they have the internet all over the world, hence calling it the "world wide web" and b) people can learn as many languages as they have the patience to study.

If he's telling you to learn English, it's ironic because he can't even speak English himself.
The sentence should read, of course, "You're probably American, learn the fuckin' language asshole."

Ehh, I don't think that a comma is best in that situation. Perhaps a semicolon? That could even be broken off as a new sentence. Either way, you need a comma before 'asshole'.

A hyphen would also work there, I think.
